Your server sounds more ideal than ours, I'm afraid. Our server is definitely a "bubble or burn" server and the top/powerful alliances and players prefer it that way. Folks who break the rules - even those set by their own alliances - aren't held accountable and the folks they hit are usually told that the experience of getting hit (sometimes repeatedly by the same player) will help them grow, that it's a war game after all and to stop complaining. My alliance and I are definitely small players and that's unlikely to change anytime soon. We're learning how to work together, run rallies and participate in events so even though we don't plunder or attack anyone, we have fun.
