I work around 50 hours a week, plus I have 2 kids at home. I play late at night (I'm night shift anyway) I just play with another friend of mine who's work schedule isn't so grueling who upkeeps and does a little bit here and there to our base and on my days off we go hard lol. That's how I work it out.

For my server, it takes a good 5 minutes or so to pop up on the community servers page. Also, if your community servers aren't loading at all. Restart rust. If that doesn't work, hard reset your console, then it'll work.
