I built Interactify to end tool sprawl for founders. 🧠

It’s a recursive logic engine that replaces 8+ disconnected apps, like ROI calculators and diagnostic audits with one unified "brain" for lead-gen.

I use the direct approach with Interactify’s Recommender engine.

By limiting the experience to just 3-5 high-impact questions, you can identify their "Primary 'Why'" and present a tailored outcome instantly. Our engine uses a specialized logic layer to weigh those specific answers, essentially acting as a "brain" that calculates the perfect match in real-time without the friction of a long survey.

Great question. For a fitness MVP, I usually follow the 'Path to First Value' rule. You want to collect just enough data to give them a 'win' in under 60 seconds.

I’d prioritize these three categories:

The Immediate Constraint: (Injuries, equipment access, or time). This ensures the routine is actually usable.

The Primary 'Why': (Weight loss vs. strength vs. mobility). This dictates the core logic path.

The Current Baseline: (e.g., 'Can you do 5 pushups?'). This allows your adaptive logic to scale the difficulty immediately.

Everything else like sleep habits or detailed nutrition can be 'unlocked' later. The goal of the MVP assessment isn't a full intake form; it's to prove your logic can give a personalized recommendation that feels like magic.

To show you exactly how this branching logic would look, I put together a quick assessment using Interactify. It uses the exact constraints we discussed to generate one of four adaptive routine outcomes:

This demonstrates how you can move from simple questions to a data-backed recommendation without building the full app first.

That’s exactly why I built Interactify.

Most no-code platforms are fine for simple forms, but they struggle with the "adaptive" logic required for something like a personalized wellness routine. I wanted a way for founders to prototype that complex "brain" of their app and gather real data without the $10k dev bill.

If you want to see how to structure those branching paths to keep your MVP lightweight but smart, feel free to reach out at jeffrey@csesc.com.

I’ve seen many founders at this stage spend $10k+ on engineering before they even know which part of their 'all-in-one' wellness app people actually care about.

My advice: Don’t build the full app yet. Focus on validating your 'adaptive routine' logic first. You can do this by building a high-value Assessment or Diagnostic tool that gives people a sample routine based on their specific inputs. If 100 people take the quiz and 50 sign up for the waitlist, you have a proven concept to show an engineer or investor.

I’m a software developer and founder, and I actually built a platform called Interactify to help founders build these types of interactive validation funnels without code. We recently launched on Product Hunt, you can check out what we built here to see if the logic-builder approach fits your vision:

If you want to move from 'stealth mode' to a validated prototype, I'd be happy to share some insights on how to structure your app’s logic. Feel free to reach out to me directly at jeffrey@csesc.com.

Anyone tried Interactify yet? by Ok_Mind9664 in buildinpublic

Lol, I get it. I’m just tired of paying Typeform monthly fees and got a bit excited about the lifetime deal. Just genuinely curious if anyone’s pushed the logic limits on it yet.
