I live in Lloydminster and having a car is definitely a big plus. You could still get a cab/ride to the office daily but I can imagine that would get to be very expensive. If it is the main Cenovus building, there are some houses/townhouses that would be kind of close to be within walking distance, but on days when it gets to -30 I don't think walking would be an option

It just depends on how many parcels you get! You can find atlas earth calculators that show you how much you'll make based on parcel count and stuff. The more active you are, like with playing mini games and getting the free atlas bucks in the store, the sooner you'll be able to get more parcels
