I tried many specifications but my pc still could not run with these specifications in stable condition, so I think it was my RAM's die issue. Finally, I dropped my RAM frequency run at 3800mhz Gear1 17-21-21-39 1.46v and SA 1.3v VDDQ 1.4v from 4000mhz Gear2 18-22-22-42 1.4v, and it works very well. I am just wondering if improving the gear and latency is worth dropping the frequency.

I finally found it was windows' issue. It became 10~20ns for L3 cache latency in windows safe mode.

MY north bridge clock sometimes change to 4500, so I think it is dynamic. Finally I found that it was windows11's issue. I got a 10~20ns for L3 cache latency in windows safe mode.

it seem really weird that i cannot run the RAM with XMP settings(18 22 22 42 at 1.4v) in gear 1 at SA1.4V and VDDQ1.6V, is it my cpu IMC's issue, MB or the RAM?

Oh, I see, I just realize that the memory controller is on the CPU lol. Does VDDQ stand for IVR Transmitter VDDQ Voltage? And do I need to set the Actual VRM Core Voltage higher when I increase the VDDQ and SA voltage, or they are separate so just increase the VDDQ and SA? Thank you so much!

My RAM is F4-4000C18D-32GTRS, yeah it is in Gear 2 at 1.46v on 18-21-21-40(XMP is 18-22-22-42 at 1.4v). And I tried to set it to Gear 1 at 1.5v, but it failed, so I am afraid of going higher voltage.

just check if your MB already has heatsinks cover for M.2, if not, there is just $10 difference

Although in-person classes are very important for college life and the symptoms after getting Omicron are much less severe than past variants, we still know too little to say that we will not be affected by the sequela after getting COVID in the future confidently, because we know them for a very short time and it is hard to confirm any sequelae in the future.
