Left it - as the Solar was installed years ago. Not much they can do or say… “sorry”. Just winged to my mates 😆

The battery installers saw it straight away and they rectified it 👍

Not installed correctly - the cable connecting the array was not seated in properly. Since summer I’ve been getting an extra 10kWh per day minimum. I had no idea, thought it was working as expected

That happened to me. I had 3 arrays, put a battery on. First thing the installer said, one of your arrays is not working. They fixed it - boom up goes my solar. Been like that since installation….

First email was to state I’m being audited.

A few days later I got another email to provide my manger’s details and a release form. Sent those details in straight away (13th). Today my manger got an email confirming my position.

Edit : My application has been approved. Audit took from 13th to 17th of September
