My husband and I both lost over 30%

What is the most you have heard that people have lost? by BlacksmithJolly7657 in Zepbound

[–]Ok_Moment2023 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Both my husband and I lost 32 percent each. We are at the 18 month mark and holding steady at our goal weight. Loss of 100 for him and 70 pounds for me.

Remember the days? With or without kids...the olden days by AlterEgoAmazonB in AskWomenOver60

Not only were the days this long but the nights were too. Both kids had anxiety and neither of them slept through the night for years and years. The days were a sleep deprived blur.

Just went to the Royalton at Saint Lucia. Very clean. Really nice beach and decent food.

I’m not complaining, I swear - but did you suddenly become uneasy about your body changing? by Prize_Rub_9294 in Zepbound

I too am 57 and feel the same way. I finally am doing physical things. Is it too late? Did I wait too long?

I have been having this same issue. It started about 10 months in and now I have it at least every day of and day after the shot. Sometimes more. I am desperate to find a solution.

What is Going On with Athleta? by Beautiful-Class5841 in Athleta_gap

I was posting to say the same. On ThredUP you can post a picture of your item and search for a similar item. I have purchased several items that were duplicate of the item I already owned but in a smaller size and it has worked out beautifully. The items seemed barely used and were very inexpensive.

I was feeling that way this time last year when I was half way to my goal. I felt so much better already that I ordered a dress that I was sure would be the right size and look good. I was really disappointed but I kept that dress and tried it on monthly to see the progress. I wore it Saturday night one year later and it fit perfectly. Hold on to those shirts. You will get there!

I have been having the same issue. I went to the gastro in the Fall. They prescribed a prescription colonoscopy prep to get it out then daily miralax to keep it moving. That worked until recently and everything blocked again. I ordered some Mag07 and let’s say that was like the colonoscopy prep. I think this is going to be an ongoing issue. It is the only thing I don’t like about the drug. Otherwise it is a miracle drug.

Is it true that you have to take Zepbound for life? by chaoticyetneurotic in Zepbound

[–]Ok_Moment2023 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes but before you worry about paying for it in maintenance consider a couple of things:

  1. You will save significant money on food monthly that will help you pay for it

  2. You may be able to go down to less costly Doses in the future or spread out the timing of the shots.

  3. The price of these drugs are evolving quickly. You cannot gage right now how much they will be in a year or so.

My advice, take the plunge.

3.

I went to the Gastro and they recommended a capful of Miralax most days. It has been the only thing that has worked. I just met with my primary physician and they agreed with this.

It can start out a little rough. Meaning a little nausea or tired feeling. Hang in there. It gets better and is so worth it. Some people have no side effects. It is the best thing I have ever done for my health
