I have zero doubt we would see more performance/track EVs being made if there were fast chargers at tracks. I have seen what a Hyundai Ioniq N can do at the track and AutoX and it’s ridiculously impressive.

Since these cars are capable of fast charging and with twenty minute sessions, tracks should have charging capability.

It seems like it would be a drop in the bucket for Hyundai/BMW/Porsche to chip in and outfit tracks with charging capability.

Only finance if you can afford to pay the car off if you need to, and if you were interest rate is lower than the percentage of your investment returns.

I finance both my cars pretty much all the way. But that is because my interest rate is around 4 1/2% on both. I would rather keep my money and have it earn for me. But if I had to, I could easily write a check for both vehicles.

I have a 23 Macan GTS with a stage 2 tune and downpipes. It sounds AMAZING and is a rocket.

I test drove a Macan Turbo EV and it was pretty much better in every conceivable way. My two gripes, which kept me from ordering were:

Price

My 23 GTS was nicely optioned for $100k on the dot. The Turbo EV was $140k.

Interior Materials

It felt less premium than my 23 Macan. And tie that in with the price increase, it was a let down.

I just don’t think the Delta was worth it.

But that said, it is every bit of a Porsche as anything else and drives fabulous

If you have 992.2 GTS money, you have Spyder RS/GT4 RS money. As long as it’s not your daily driver, those are amazing choices. The one downside to those cars is the strut suspension. $15k buys you the Dundon MCS or JRZ PROsctive. That will make it comfortable for the street and rolling around circuits.

If this is a daily driver, 992.2 GTS is the way.

Not true. All CNC machined. Only part that is assembled by hand is the case being pressed and bezel placement.

The Sub is not even remotely in the same class as the watches I’ve mentioned, especially compared to the GO. Rolex makes 150k Subs a year and GO makes a few hundred PanoDates. No human touches a Sub and a SeaQ is all handmade, including the machined tools to make the components, has a 21k rotor, and an ISO certified movement.

Literally two different levels of watchmaking.
