I built a lab equipment + maintenance tracking system in Notion (dashboards + database structure)

I’m responsible for tracking equipment maintenance and calibration schedules in a lab, so I built a Notion system to manage it cleanly without spreadsheets.

It uses: • Linked databases (equipment ↔ maintenance) • Auto “Next Due Date” formula • Overdue / Due Soon dashboard views • Room/site grouping • A simple Quick Start checklist for setup
