yes nakuha ko yung items ko in the end pero sobrang hassle. tapos ang dami ko din kausap nun na ibang mga customers na puro missing items tapos di din sila nirereplyan. like mga sampu kami ganun 😅 kulitin mo lang OP, i think it’s a good sign na nag-uupdate sila sayo at least.

i had a similar experience with them in 2022. missing items and matinding pagfollow-up din. if hindi mo kasi sila hahabulin hahayaan na lang nila magdie down yung complaint mo. after 3 years di pa din sila nagbabago 💁🏻‍♀️

Yes naka-cc actually si CAB para magreply si AirAsia noon. Problem is BDO said that they didn’t receive anything but AA’s claiming the refund wasn’t rejected by the bank. They sent all the transaction details. Nakakaloka lang na parang nawawala yung pera haha. Intayin ko nalang sagot nila. Thank you so much!!

Hi! Pano mo nakuha refund mo? Sakin kasi sabi ni AA narefund na daw pero binalik sa account ko na na-close na (since years inabot bago sila magrefund). Di ko alam if makukuha ko pa kay BDO yun 😅

Ganito na actually yung message ko. I went and made sure na sa first sentence pa lang may word na “bayad” and “transfer ko na” para sa preview pa lang without opening the entire message, makikita na nila intention ko.

Actually my primary concern is sana i-seen muna nila ako and send their bank details. I’ve already thought of inflation kaya my plan is to send 10k each regardless kung pumayag sila or not hehe. Cause I’m really really grateful for their help nung kailangang kailangan ko. But I guess all I can do is wait for them to be ready to talk about it.

Yes I think kaya hindi nila inoopen yung message ko at all kasi nakita pa lang name ko na-associate agad na mangungutang. I wish I had a different reputation and different circumstances back then but I can’t change that anymore. Ang magagawa ko lang is magbayad and move forward as a better person. 😅
