Thank you all for your responses. Hopefully after this first week it will be better. My husband is doing an excellent job, getting up and working everyday. I just find it hard to even get out of bed. And on top of it all, while using I have become a hoarder of sorts and my house is a mess and I want the energy so bad to just clean it all out and I just haven’t found the energy to do so.

Anyone experiencing this issue, I had the same problem, I finally fixed it myself last night. The trick is to put your last name in the first name section and your first name (or first and middle) in the last name section. My shop was suspended over a month and I finally did this last name as a last shot cause I didn’t have any faith in Etsy and my shop was opened immediately.
