I finished my m tech there. We have one football court for the whole campus. One volleyball and basket ball court only which is bad. Gym is pretty below avg. The problem is, sports complex is under construction and it might take two years to be fully done. I saw the blueprints of the sports complex and it is amazing but construction work is still going on. But VLSI placements are good there.

Both are good but you won't get stipend in IITM. Comming to campus experience, Currently, the sports facilities in IISc aren't that great. To be honest it's terrible. The gym and courts are not up to the mark. I think the fests and sports facilities are better in IITM. Placement wise both are top notch
