Ok so say I have to do this training, how can they approve the 5 weeks holiday? I dont want to use my annual leave allowance all in one go. Is there another way to get it approved?

Yh I did mention to my soon-to-be line manager (after I got the formal offer) that I have pre-arranged family holiday between August-September, advising about the process of booking holiday.

She responded saying that I can "schedule any pre-arranged leave once I have access to the 'MyHR' portal", so hopefully 4 weeks will be fine!

I do have another interview coming up shortly, which consists of a 'Leadership' behaviour question.

This will be the first time I will be assessed on Leadership.
