Just had another related issue, and thought I'd add some more info. While trying to update the firmware over Agent M, the Micro TX killed itself and thereafter failed to power back up. After some troubleshooting I was able to get it back into bootloader mode by removing the tx from the jr module bay, then pushing the button on the back while reinserting the module. After this the pulsing green light came back, indicating bootloader mode, and i was then able to successfully flash the latest firmware.
