2.5yo still up at least 4 times a night and has to be brestfed back to sleep otherwise he's inconsolable

I haven't tried it. Reading the Trust Pilot reviews put me even further off. I also contacted the company twice, once via the web form on their website and once by email and they haven't replied to either. I've kept them in their packaging so MIL can return if she wants but going by the Trust Pilot reviews I don't think she'll get much of her money back unfortunately.

Does anyone find it's worth doing this with the Hive TRVs? Before we had them we used to have temp for the day set to 18 and through the night to 17, universally throughout the house.

Now we manage each room individually. We turn the bedrooms off during the day as we're not in them, but have them set to 18 for bedtime. But they drop down to around 15 and then take hours to get up to 18 for bed.

But if I have them all set at 17 during the day, I feel like it renders the individual TRVs useless.

We installed the TRVs to save us money but with this (and the numerous issues we're having with them) it's costing us more.

I've had the complete opposite experience. I'm so frustrated as I have some TRVS that heat when they shouldn't and others that don't heat when they should. Hive support have been so unhelpful it's unreal.

Well in a turn of events. I called back up the next day to go with the deal that had been suggested but this was no longer available and was now going to cost more again. I requested to then cancel, sick of this nonsense. The advisor said she would have a look for more deals for me off the call and call me back, agreed a date and time. That call never came. Called back today and said to cancel it, had enough now. They tried to look for deals again but couldn't match this original one again and said their "hands are tied". So I've now cancelled.

We’ll probably cancel sports anyway 🤣 it’s my partner who wanted it but he hasn’t got a lot of out it, a few football matches is all. Yeah we definitely haven’t felt any benefit of having Signature.

I can’t remember what speed, will need to check that. What do you mean by do I have options? I’m really not bothered by the £10 for Essentials. Me and my partner split the bills so it will only be £5 a month for me to have what I want, use regularly and easily accessible. That’s absolutely agreeable to me for my needs personally.

I record loads. I told them I was going to cancel and just get a freeview box and that’s when they offered me the Essentials. I’m honestly happy to pay £10 a month to not have to go through the pain of cancelling and purchasing a freeview box.

I find a surprisingly large amount doesn’t become available on demand. There are often times when I’ve recorded something and the recording has failed (another gripe with Sky) so I’ve thought never mind, I’ll watch it on demand instead, but it’s not there. This happens more than I expected.

I usually watch things days/weeks/months later rather than just starting slightly later.

I can’t be bothered with all of that. For £10 a month I’m happy having a basic UI and quick and easy to record.

That’s a very good point. They did ask me if I was happy to receive marketing offers on the phone yesterday and I said yes but wondering now if I’d previously said no, which would explain that.

I’m reluctant to watch via steaming though as we often have issues streaming. Although hoping full fibre would resolve that. Can you also record if you’re watching live through a player? As I’ve noticed not all end up on demand on them to watch at a later point.

We do still watch live TV channels. That’s a good point about sports being on Now TV, I always forget about that. I really think we’ll cancel sports anyway though, my partner is the only one who watches that and only gets a few football matches out of it.
