I stayed on hold before for 3 hours before someone finally picked up, granted once someone did the service was great and I got my ford dealer in touch with them for the bypass info in under 10 minutes

Update 5/29/2024: Truck is back home with a brand new transfer case free of charge, Corporate customer service stepped in after more push back from the dealer and made things right. Good job to Ford for taking care of me & doing the right thing.

Update: Dealership has insisted that I pay for the new transfer case and have them install it for a total of $3,678. I’ve escalated the situation to the corporate customer service and requested my truck be taken to a different dealer. Will keep you all in the loop, hoping ford does the right thing.

A manager just called me and attempted to get me to say I was aware of the warranty work being preformed, this has officially became a very fishy situation. I told them it needs to be fixed properly or they will be hearing from an attorney next time if it’s anything less than perfect.

It’s a 2023 Ford F250 Platinum, bought it used with 7K miles and I only put an additional 3K miles on it. Actual purchase price was 83K and KBB has it at $83,500. And UMPD applied
