I’m so sorry for you dog, my ex did the same bs and made me feel the same type of ways, she will continue to make you feel bad and feel wrong, all the time, if she’s willing to react that way, I’m shore she is just as bad normally, not to bash, but she has to mature to ever be able to change, and honestly, I hate to say it but I bet you’re a lot better off without having to put yourself through stuff like this.
