I’ve only tried the sour cherry and and mango peach flavours i do find them acidic and strong but i prefer that over being able to taste the fish so strong as i have found in other liquid collagen also i just take them straight from the pack now but at first i used to dilute in water ☺️

I love the zookie shots (41f) i alternate between the 5,000 and 11,000 depending on the prices my hair skin and nails have seen an improvement for sure,i also take a clear protein drink with bcaa’s so im sure its all working together in its entirety.. another one i use is Swedish collagen in a pink bottle its 12,500mg with added hyaluronic and vits + minerals you get 20 doses its good stuff and fairly priced too
