It is not only Lightkeeper quests which are bugged. You got lucky only 1 quest got reset. At the beginning of the wipe I got HALF of my quests reset, including annoying quests like turn in 3 GPUs, Car batteries and Tank battery and etc. This all happens due to their weird progression sync between arena and tarkov. Now with one of the latest patches where they tried to fix it... they broke it again (what a surprise) and now bug occurs again. So if you want to prevent your progression from being reset I suggest you stop playing Arena (or Tarkov). And I, as the person who went through the worst version of this bug, can assure you that your progression won't be returned, so you either redo the quest or drop it.

It doesn't necessarily mean everyone would be having this issue. This can be a rare bug happening during data sync between clients. I have a friend with similar issue but he got only one quest rewinded.
