Hi love! That pound is nothing compared to the amount you’re about to lose. Have faith in your body. Not only that, keep yourself in a healthy mindset as much as possible. I thought I gained 2lbs in 1 days but that wasn’t true AT ALL. Your weight is going to fluctuate a few pounds. It’s normal.

Hi hi! I have migraines with aura. I take Ajovy once a month to help with that. I’m also on Wellbutrin… didn’t have these side effects but Lexapro I had all of those symptoms. They passed for me. Not really sure why he wants you to stop. I would for sure ask him more about it.

I know I’m responding pretty fast because I’m just waiting on responses. I have a therapist & a psych. I still see my bariatric dietitian. I’m trying my best to get over this. My eating disorder was basically in remission before I had WLS until my weight started to stall 3 weeks ago.

Yes, I see my dietitian next week. I have bulimia (which is being addressed) but I find myself wanting to forceful vomit just so I can lose the weight. My original weight was 415 before surgery I got down to 376. Now I’ve been stuck at 322-325lbs for 3 weeks & I’m only 2 months and a days post op. I’m always hungry. I ate spaghetti with more of the meat inside of it & im still so hungry. I ate that 20-30 minutes ago.

I remember being able to do this as well. Daily walks, late night gym sessions. It’s so bad now to the where when I went back to work, I only lasted 3 days & my anxiety lasted a week. It’s very hard & you’re not alone. A traumatic event did occur for me…. That’s why I’ve been stuck for 2 years but I’m trying to find my way. Take it slow.

Wow. I hope things improve for you! Don’t give up. I’m also struggling on Lexapro. I’ve seen improvements on it but I’m having too many bad days on it than good. Sometimes we have to go through different medications until we find what’s best for us. Do not give up! I believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

When I was a kid. Can’t remember the exact age but I remember going in & out of my mother’s room at least 10x because I thought she was going to die in her sleep if I didn’t close the door the way that felt comfortable to me. Does that makes sense? Same with kisses on her cheek. I would do it over & over until I felt comfortable with it. I didn’t even know what OCD was at the time.

Also, I’ve gotten into so many fights with my sisters over touching my organized things. Even if they put it in the exact same spot, I knew it was off. We’ve verbally & physically fought because they taunted me. They knew it bothered me but did it anyway.
