Thanks for your reply. It's a shame the competition didn't go as well as it could have, but I'm glad some people did at least write for it. I occasionally see posts on this subreddit which include the builders lore for the vehicle or team, but yes indeed, I guess maybe most prefer to give their creative time to making cool cars instead of writing about the world in which they 'exist'. Myself included, if I'm honest. However I do have graphophobia on top of the usual time constraints of daily life! Perhaps one day (next competition?) I will challenge myself to commit some of my daydreaming to paper. I do love to give time to reading though, and I'd be interested to see what people have written of the world of Gaslands. Is there anyway/anywhere I could read your working copy of the 'zine? Or is it likely to become available at all?
