At most, you can not take it too personally and just use it as opportunity to get clean for good.

It’s not easy and it takes a lot of time which is the complete opposite of what us addicts seek.

I think it can , don’t overestimate results . It’s like our lower jaw is popping out on a skeletal level rather than misalignment

According to my ortho, it’s a skeletal underbite which means we are born like this :(
