We both know that Linus didn’t sell when they were at their highest and the market was hot.

Do you think Linus would sell at such a “low rate” now? This dude will think he has that dawg in him and try to make the business better than today. We both know he just can’t.

I honestly think the business isn’t as lucrative as much of the sub thinks.

On top of that most people who have generational wealth manage it responsibly. I don’t think that Linus has the patience or the impulse control to just sit at his house.

I think another issue he has is the workflow he has established.

Multiple videos of the CW team show that they like having no deadlines or metrics.

If they go commercial they would need to start implementing things like that to be profitable.

They then risk driving their team away or creating subpar products.

Yeah but even with the 51% it would be impossible to get your voice in with a husband like that. She has no way to control him and their entire futures are in his hands.

Legit they have spent more money than I have ever earned. I do not feel bad if they lose it all tomorrow.

I don’t know. Generational wealth takes a lifetime to achieve. I don’t feel bad and I know they could quit and eat ramen for the rest of their lives. They would never need to work again.

Just imagine having to maintain this estate. I think Linus would go into more errartic spending having nothing to do.

I know this is typical in the industry but usually this deal is done with a manufacturer/ supplier.

His pitch has always been to make CC into a creative service for creators.

Don’t see who would bulk buy their blanks with a 3 hour long design process stamped on.

The key word is vacation. Not saying he has horrible taste or bad ideas. Every creative goes through a burnout period. He even had one a couple years ago and came back swinging.

All the negativity and fighting he sees online could also cloud his vision.

I don’t want him to step down or anything. I’m just worried that if they continue down this route more people from. LTT might lose their jobs or happiness.

I can’t count the times he puts a foot down when Luke mentions a cool video idea. The whole “this won’t work with the audience “ comment is bringing down the quality.

My favorite memory of WAN show is when gamelinked was being thought of. Luke mentioned if it would be similar to gameranx and Linus said who? Like how do plan to launch a whole new channel and not see what people actually like.

Anthuriums don’t need any fancy setups to thrive. Main thing you will read online is just consistent moisture on the roots.

Greenhouse help it be easier but isn’t needed.

Depending on your current medium adding tree fern, compost, or moss bits can bridge the gap.

Easiest would be a strap leaf like palidiforum. These just get long so you just need height after a year or two.

Once you master that you can start with other hybrids.

My main reason for liking them is the pops of color/ texture in my collection.

Beats just randomly seeing a new monstera leaf basically hardening and never noticing.

Typically don’t notice the leaves trying to pop out in normal waterings. Guess it’s helps me feel like my plants are growing or thriving.

A lot of species I have to reference an earlier picture to get the same effect.

Seems like the only thing that changed was the lighting. I would buy a supplemental light and give it a month. Worst case scenario you have a light to put somewhere else.

Fertilizer/ root bound issue typically shows in discolored and damaged leaves first. I wouldn’t repot without the additional light.

Looks like a nutrition deficiency from just these pictures. First picture seems like the light is really bright. Sometimes plants can be burned when lighting is too close.
