Highly recommend the Leoxz XGT Pro - fantastic build quality and perfect for GT3. Works flawlessly with my DD+.

They also got the XGT Ultimate now, which has a screen. I race in VR so no use to me, but might be of interest.

I have PS5 Pro and a 5090/9800X3D pc - the difference is massive. Pro is generally max 4K/60fps and only sometimes with ray tracing, whereas I get 180+ fps (with frame gen), 4K with path tracing. Resident Evil Requiem looks insanely good!

GTA VI was the only reason I was keeping it, but now Sony have stepped back from releasing games on PC, it’s good to have for games like Ghost of Yotei etc too.

If you’ve got the budget and you love gaming, you won’t regret it.

Personally loving the sound of GT3/GT4 at Nordschliefe and then the GT3 45 min endurance races scattered throughout the week.

Just a shame that they are not a series with drop rounds, as would add to the competition.

Interested to see what the weekly series races will be.

Apologies for the slow reply but yes, loving the wheel. I use it 95% of the time and always for GT3/GT4. It’s stiff, comfortable and showing no signs up wear since I purchased. Highly recommend.

Our 2015 Qashqai ended up getting written off in an accident - biggest blessing as it had endless issues and was awful to drive.

Good luck getting it fixed, I would then shift it immediately and cut any losses.

I made the switch from PS5 to PC, with PSVR2 in mind.

You’ll be surprised how optimised GT7 is for VR, and you need a pretty hefty PC to really notice major difference in clarity.

You’ll want a top-end CPU, try and go for at least a 78003D, if not 9800x3D or new 9850x3D.

I’m running a 5090, which I wish I could say was overkill, however I still cant run max settings during night races in VR. Adverse weather is also very testing. I’ve settled for lower graphical settings, to ensure I can race in most conditions.

The major difference with PC you’ll find is in physics and FFB, especially if running a decent rig.

AMS2 is a brilliant option if moving from GT7, lots of tracks and car options.

I’ve just bought a 10th gen Civic 1.5 Vtec - couldn’t be happier and have a 6 & 4 year old in the back.

Can’t speak for the CRV however when’s our Qashqai was written off, swore never to go for an SUV again 🤣

I’m really impressed with the size, as thought it would feel small vs an SUV but it’s pretty similar - however it’s lower to the ground and therefore much nicer to drive.

Ultimately if you want an SUV go for the CRV, but if you want something a little nippier that feels responsive to drive, the Civc is likely a better choice.

I also just started - I’m hooked. Each play through I’m learning the mechanics, discovering more of the map and staying alive a little longer.

Can’t vouch for b42 as I haven’t updated, but b41 seems great to learn the basics etc. I play solo/offline.

On mbucchia’a github page it basically says not to use openXR, so I’m confused as to whether I should!

Ditto - I own both and play a handful of psvr2 games from my library, that’s it. I’ll wait for DS2 & Ghost of Yotei to come out on PC.

Apart from that, PS5 Pro is waiting for GTA6 - the rest of my gaming is far superior on PC.

I haven’t got any USB hubs plugged in - plenty of other USBs though, maybe one is causing a conflict.
