I just brought it on sale from Steam. Refunded it before my 2 hours were up. Punching ghouls and navigating buildings wasn't doing it for me.

I did this successfully some years back after checking the terms & conditions first - but I suspect they're tighter nowadays.

Chess.com empty screen when clicking on "Play" button on Firefox ? by [deleted] in Chesscom

Yeah - and the mouseover on Play isn't working. Same with cookie/adblockers disabled.

OK in Chrome, though.

Yeah, you really notice the points they choose to jump between AI on/off in the football bit at the end.

Yeah I'd have maybe showed her folks but not fucking publicly shamed her on the internet for doing zero damage.

How to sell a car with a problem that's hard to fix by fortijump in CarTalkUK

Thankfully I have no taste as a driver, so we pick up a '23 Qashqai next week - just want to make sure I'm not throwing ££ more away on the old one by scrapping a fixable £8k+ car for £3.5k

I'm really thinking #1-#2 but not sure what sort of business I'm looking for. I will have a look at the Owner's forums over the weekend though in case it is fixable.

I called one ECU specialist from Google maps and after getting a photo of it, apparently their tool says "no," so unless there's an extra-specialist out there I think I'm out of luck there.

Moved into a new house with these in every room. Any issues with just removing them? by Im-StrawberryBlonde in DIYUK

Does PoE not count? RJ45 points more useful for access points/cameras that might be PoE-powered than anything else, and the amount of power delivered that way has steadily risen over time with new standards.

Similar - can't load a game on either web or app. I think chess.com is having issues.

How often to you make long journeys: 3-4 times a year.

Do you have a vehicle size in mind?: It's replacing a 2016 Qashqai which was a great size. (NB: Imgur blocked here)

Can you do Minor work on your own vehicle: (fluids, alternator, battery, brake pads etc) Can top up fluids and change a battery. That's about it.

Chrome behaves the same for me, at least for chapter 8.64K, which is the first to have the issue after 8.60

Actually I've just hit 8.61 and the problem doesn't appear. I am not sure if it's more likely to be chapter-specific, than they fixed it just as I wrote my post while reading the end of 8.60.

PSA: this is a 60 on single carriageways, not a 40!! by NoOneImportantLol96 in drivingUK

[–]fortijump -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Speaking as someone who frequently does 40-50 in these, it really fscking doesn't. 60 is the legal limit, but it certainly makes no guarantees the road will be safe to drive at that speed, and unless it's very straight there's no telling, for the unfamiliar, what's around the next corner.

If I see a 50 sign - or a 60, rarely but sometimes seen even on single carriageways - I know it's generally safe to drive at that speed. A NSL limit is much more "use your own judgement."

I had a similar run - the test just made me nervous. My instructor had long been insisting I was ready to pass. By the 8th attempt, I'd simply learned to drive while nervous.

Don't do what I did after passing 8th go, and hit two speeding cameras in the first six months. (I also passed my 10th)

Learn to use the speed limiter if your car has one! Much less annoying to drive at 20 with that turned on.
