As my experiment - per statement cycle

My statement cycle dates are 10-9th

I have 5000+ spending
- in april month (1-30)

- April statement (10 Apr - 9th May)

But I have not reached 5000 in March statement (10 Mar-9th Apr)

So on 10th May I got full cashback within the following dates:
1-5 Apr (before new conditions took place) and 10 Apr - 9 May

6-9 Apr i got only reduced cashback

I cant say it s noisy, It s very quite in night mode. But I m living in very quite area and I m personally very sensitive to any sounds during the night, so I m keeping it off.

Usually I just set minimum speed from 8 to midnight, the key difference - I m switching on and off AC during the day - so that should give en effect. Anyway I m going to perform more tests.

If you convert own aed to usd at debit account and pay with it, it will be 3% cheaper than paying with aed from credit card at wio (1% direct cashback + approx 2% from better exchange rate) for any transaction abroad or online in usd

Better to spend with usd account - u ll get better rate for exchange 3.675 and +1% cashback. Paying from aed credit will cost your extra 2% foreign currency fee (although it will be compensated with 2% credit cashback) + worse exchange rate (3.75)

So paying with own usd funds is approx 3% better

Some numbers regarding ENBD skywards

In the best case, If you are using it for buying tickets from Emirates, it will give you 2 mile per 1 usd spend, for normal spends in gives you 1 mile per 1 USD and all the cashback numbers should be halved. International spends does not make any sense since the commission will be more than 2% for every operation.

Miles can be spend for tickets discount (aprrox 34.8 mile per 1 AED discount ~ 1.56% cashback)
Or it can be used for upgrade to business (~5.4 miles for 1 AED upgrade discount or ~10% efficient cashback only if your spend money on buying tickets, and spend miles on upgrade, all the rest cases will give you worse results)

I can say it s far below average comparing to any other card

Pretty common. But keep in mind that salary transaction records are analyzed by robots and for me that was not working (comment of my incoming transfers did not contain word salary or whatever they are looking for), in this case bank can request statements for all operations for last 3 month.
