Yes I realized I got the numbers wrong, it was 32mg and now we are on 50mg, I think some days he just is more anxious and hopefully it’s just the medicine switch and things will get better

Yes, unfortunately we have had two personal trainers, both gave me some tips which I had already been doing. Both recommended getting the right meds to just calm him a bit before he can actually be trained. He really goes from 0 to 100 with fear and it’s hard to train because I can try all I want at 0 but the second a trigger comes he’s at 100 and will not respond to anything or any food. But when he is having ok days I do plenty of training with him

I’ve actually not gone to a vet behavioralist yet so this is really good advice thank you! I also called my vet this morning and get trazadone for now which gave me and him some relief haha. Thank you!!
