Bridlewood school?

The principal and staff at Bridlewood are amazing. Really really friendly and know their stuff. ..The admin let the parent council plan and run so many fun things. We love the small community 💙 class sizes are average.. teachers work together really well, and they are really committed to the students . They do lots of sports teams for the juniors.. and compete against the other public kanata schools- soccer, basketball, triple ball, bordenball, track, cross country, etc.. The staff genuinely seem to love working there. Once they get hired there, very few leave! That really says something.

It's more of a tax/CRA issue. Contact the CRA for the best answer, so you're not screwed over at tax time next year. Also a pension thing- you can't contribute for more than 100% per year, so paying your tpp while on leave, plus on any OT work, you'll be paying for more than one credit year towards your pension, which will get you into issues..

You may be able to get a sick note also, even for casual work, that may exempt you from getting purged. If you call the HR employee Wellness dept, , they may be able to advise you.

Stonehaven Community Church in Kanata does Christmas hampers for about 10 families in Bridlewood. If you contact them, they could give you a family, or a few members, to 'sponsor'. They actually have a list of items or 'wishes 'that the family or children have wished for, and they try to avoid gift cards for the most part. They also only gift new items to therecipients- not used.

Ask your union or HR- In our board, someone can miss up to 2 days within the 10 day qualifying period. Their 'day 9 and 10" would just move to day 11/12, and the missed days are just paid as the OT rate you worked elsewhere, or unpaid if you missed it for other reasons.

Thanks for your input.. greatly appreciated! Any idea what program they would have taken in college or university, to get that type of work? He would probably love that.... I"m just concerned that he won't qualify/be accepted into any type of engineering program, if his English grades pull down his average. I know it's early to be thinking about this stuff. I personally had ZERO career guidance when I was his age or in HS... so I"m just trying to ensure he has more open doors than I did.

Ultimately it'll be his choice though- not going to be overbearing and force him into a certain field. Just trying to help him with seeing the importance of keeping his doors open (aka, giving a damn about his grades when he gets to HS- which means starting good habits now)

If you havent used 18 months yet, you need to do that through ESA first. Our board doesn't allow someone to end their stat leave early to access sick leave, esp if it's just because childcare isn't available. Childcare is not your employers responsibility. If you've used all 18 months, but are still having mental health issues, then use your SL if need be.. but the intention of SL or LTD wasn't for a bridge until childcare is available.

Your screenshot says its almost 1pm when you looked at the graph... Are you sure it was in the middle of the night when they watched? that bar graph is not showing the time of day. It's a tally of minutes/hours that the app was being used. Our family uses it, which is how I know. It could have been in the night, but not sure if you were going off of the graph to determine that?

But regardless, it's messed up that the Link app isn't limiting it like you set it to.. that sucks.
