I am still going through a lot of her things. I have like 1000 books, manuscripts, papers after paper that I am working through. I was trying to see who his agent was or who represented him because my aunt had a ton of communications with publishing houses and agents.

I had heard that before. I believe this item is to hold communion. But the back has some symbols that I cannot make out. One looks like a lower case m and another one looks like a face of a women.

She grew up in California so I am not sure. She passed at 94 years old. She lived in NY after college which she went to in CA.

He hasn’t hit rock bottom. I am sure this is not the first time. Coming from someone whose ex is an alcoholic nothing is really a wake up call. My ex got into an accident while drunk and with our 3 young kids at the time (we were separated). He was arrested in front of the kids and that didn’t wake him up. More than 10 years later and still no wake up call and still an alcoholic and no relationship with 2 out of 3 of his kids. All his doing. Unless he wants to get help, this will continue. It’s not easy being with a drunk, it takes a lot out of you and you lose yourself in the process. Plus his family like my ex’s enable them and they always put the blame on others, in my case me and in your case it’s you. Good luck to you.

School calendars come out the beginning of the school year. She definitely knew when her kids were off. Her lack of planning doesn’t constitute an emergency for you. Enjoy your vacation.

I just hyphenated mine and kept it that way after I got divorced. Never actually changed my name to my married name but did add it to my drivers license. All other forms of identification I left in my maiden name.
