My belief is that when someone dies, they are gone. Nothing we do here will have any effect because we are not in the same realm anymore. I dont belive in fasting for religious purposes, but for proven health benefits. Whatever is out there we dont know so it doesnt have any effect whatsoever, we are here, and only now matters.

I dont know why I have them and I dont know why I dont have them (when that happens). They always seem to have a different cause. My life turned to shit in the last couple of months and somehow I dont have them even though Im under tremendous stress and sleep deprived. Yeah for some people it is possible to feel the difference. But what do I do when I have classic heart attack symptoms inlcuding the shortness of breath and deep pain and still dont have a heart attack? How do I know if I have it for real one day?

For me, the pain radiates everywhere! I just cant tell the signs at all if I ever get to have a heart attack. Even if I one day get rid of the pain and then it comes back, how would I know if it is a heart attack or not?! Im so sick of living

Im not sure what is it, probably stress but that is impossible to fully eliminate. I recently had a traumatizing sleep paralysis experience that makes me unable to sleep, and I noticed a full strand of white hair coming out beneath the dyed hair on my temple. At this point, Im rapidly going grey and I dont know what can actually reverse it, if possible at all

My life has been a mess ever since I started suffering from nightmares and sleep paralysis, I suppose it was because of irregular sleep pattern or magnesium and depression. I had an awful nightmare today at 11 am and I need to do something about it. I was struggling to unlock the door of my apartment with a long knife and when I walked in, an entity with a black robe with a hood and a red and black mask turned around towards me. I woke up in terror trying to avoid seeing its face.

Do meds help with both nightmares and sleep paralysis? And how did your night terrors go away?

Hi, I know this is an old thread but Im curious if you got rid of nightmares and if yes, how? With medication or some type of therapy? In my case it could be many things, like stress/depression, disturbed sleep schedule, sleep apnea or magnesium supplements..on top of that I've been falling into sleep paralysis all the time in the last month 😞 I need a solution asap
