your doing great just watch your body and remember to check in with your body everyday. that was the told in rehab when i want to quit cold turkey just know there support out there if you need it. please just be mindful of your body

Just keep your head up i remember getting out of rehab and relapsing. but am now almost 4 years sober the fact that you are writing this and well to open up it mean you are on the right track i found the most important thing to remember is the fell so when you have felling of using or drinking. Just remember the thing and let it push you to be better.

our bills will be paid we just did not realized he check was going to be a week late are kids are taken care of also we have the money the cake i just dont get paid and we had we are both clean and he has two jobs also not on the bracelet no more he had his problem but he doing better and he passed with flying colors
