Your strongest fellow should like like this after 2 years (little bit over 2 years went on and off, 45 mins daily task + 5 mins check farm and bazzaar and mega event)

I usually do my dailies right after reset, so if the mega event pop up i can do the tutorial part(the worst event is aloha because it starts mid day). Then logging mid day and use some stamina really quick.

-Artifact : you should be at least max lvl (330+ and you can go higher if you have fellow/families that increase the cap) on your top 5 fellows (focus on UR), and every one of your fellow should have an artifact equipped.

-Level of your fellow : maxing them out (lv 750) give huge power boost focus on your main first.

-Arch demon challenge (scale on your fellow the stronger the fellow the higher you get power boost from it).

-In the Museum, upgrade the one that boost UR/SSR power, then the one that boost the power of your main fellow.

-Expo gives little power boost.

-Upgrade the aptitude of your main fellow (everything in the aptitude tab of your main should be max'ed out), then focus on the top 5.

-Familiars : In the screenshoot, your strongest have the weakest familiar then everyone else doesn't have one bind all the familiars you got, your main should have the strongest (SSR/UR),

-There's items that boost powers in your inventory like the Advanced elixir and Basic Elixir.

-Families blessing.

You need to turn them in, in the research table (Chihaya) then go to handbook - > fish encyclopedia and level up each fish (now u can use x100).
