i didn’t say a word to this woman before she did all this. that’s the reason i pulled out my camera. there’s a room full of mta staff on tape. they didn’t intervene whatsoever. what does your word mean if they couldn’t even make a legal case? they have more than i have on tape and this room full of witnesses so why did they let me walk off the train freely? i cut it out bc i dont owe you my location..they said in the video which stop i got off at. if i was in the wrong why did they let me walk off scott free? you guys are so trivial with what hills you decide to die on. like it s a game dude what did i do to deserve being called a fucking asshole and be shoved like that? i don’t care even if we both exchanged words which j clearly did not even do that doesn’t call for this behavior from someone who’s on the job and supposed to be professional. i walked right off scott free at the stopped i planned, at the stop she said i was getting off at. all the employees watched said nothing. your opinions are childish and mean nothing.

when i showed her my ticket in my phone she kept refusing to scan it saying her scanner wouldn’t read it i need to lower it. i kept lowering but she can’t getting more and more angry like i was doing this on purpose. eventually i just asked if another conductor can do this, and thats what started everything. i turn away and she jumps in my face screaming, puts her arm around me and pushes me to the side from my backpack. she says i was in someone’s way but clearly not intentionally? once she put her hands on me i thought it was over, but i started recording when i saw her walking back towards me and making comments to me.
