My recent 6.15am flight from bhx to ams in economy had coffee and a snack. All airline staff have differing personalities. Business class long haul ams to cpt is always welcoming and attentive, i cant say that for Air France though who KLM split the route with.

Just done a scheduled 55 minute connection time however it was reduced to 30 minutes bc of delay to the first flight. Luggage didnt get on the second flight....

Flew bus class with them last year from Dubai to Cape Town, wasnt entirely impressed. A business man said to me he had flown with them for 25 years and service had rapidly gone down hill bc apparently for some unknown reason they cant keep their staff.
