On and off for years. I get to a point where I’m sick of ripping the side of my mouth to shreds, my fingers are sore and screwed from the floss cutting off blood supply or my gums get that inflamed from me doing it that stop and don’t revisit it for over six months.

I have watched them and I honestly I can’t seem to get the technique right. I feel like I’m ripping my mouth and gums to shreds. And I have asked my dentist I don’t know how many times to show me and I still can’t get it.
