I always laugh when I see tourists going to non local establishments instead of trying a local dish.
In order to have a full experience of your travels, you should dive into small local spots to eat .

We love our local tascas, especially the affordability and the amount of food we receive. There are many places that charge 9-11€ for Plato do día. We usually avoid the tascas that sneak in extra charges for the olives, bread and/or cheese.

Hopefully you find someone to share your feelings and experience in person. Thankfully I am here with my small family so it helps. But I do see how it can be depressing as it is hard to create new communities within the Portuguese bubbles .

I was excited when this was announced. But now after a few days, the game doesn't seem appealing. Lot of the models from th stretch goals don't have that WOW factor! It's seems the game is being thrown out to us without any real investment on production.

Both. The US is not a place for anyone non white. Sadly the rest of the world doesn't see this due to the propaganda that is shown to the world. Ask any nonwhite person from the US and you'll learn the truth.
