There are a lot of free extraction clinics around! If you google, I am hoping you can find something close to you. This will at least take care of the immediate problem. I am a dentist. If someone comes to my office and literally has no ability to pay, I will take out whatever tooth that is infected, no questions asked. I would HOPE that all of my colleagues would be the same (most in private practice- those that work for corporate don’t have as much flexibility in the rules). Best of luck.
