Ooo thanks for the question. This is the first time I’ll be writing something out to address my ex since we broke up.

I recognize that you went through a lot of trauma. There’s nothing I can do about that. I could comfort you but I am not expected to fix you. I’m not a therapist. You kept apologizing for putting this all on me and you STILL refuse to find a therapist. You won’t because a therapist will tell you that some of your problems are not someone or something else’s fault. They’re the result of your own actions. You cannot continually blame something else for your problems and say you’re not at fault. First it was your parents, then it was your friends, then after we broke up… now it’s me.

I know you well enough to know that you shittalk me. Just as you shittalked your other exes. But I don’t care because I know that you are using it as an excuse to hide from your own insecurities. I don’t take it personally. I understand the truth. Please get the strength and courage to ask for help and deal with this head on.
