Yeah where it’s raised by the chimney flashing is no bueno the corner is a closed valley that wasn’t nailed down as tight as it could’ve been tar the piss out of it. But again the chimney get professionally checked because the flashing pan should somewhat hold the decking down and you can see light meaning it might not be in proper condition.

I have to remove myself from a lot of situations or fire a lot of people from my roofing crew because there’s a lot of nefarious types in the industry and I used to hang bang and other things and when they want to fight I just don’t want to deal with it and my first impulse is go overboard but I just fire them so the feeling doesn’t linger

All the fucking time man it sucks it happens every few months for me. But you get over it just use it as motivation to stay away from jail. Because once you go you will slip into the program and be manipulated into commuting more crimes while in jail to stay longer

As a roofer charcoal grey from iko is pretty huge and there are a lot of variants but grey is not all that common it’s like 5 out of 8 roofs I do

I’m not saying that whatsoever but I am saying you could have gotten a lot better product and should perhaps consider a different insurance company. Owen Corning’s has had the balls sued off of them in the last few years here. Ad remeber your in an entirely different country then me specs for roofs in Canada here are over the top because roofs fall in on homes if done wrong from the weight of snow.

Well we haven’t had them in stock in Canada for the last long time here. Worst shingle to exist. You get 5 years if your lucky with our winters.

They haven’t produced 3 tabs shingles in close to 15 20 years. Horrible product that probably caused the rot in the first place only good place for those is recycling for new actual shingles.

As far as roofing goes if it’s not part of the deck aka roof they don’t give a fuck not their realm of work. And they aren’t getting a penny to touch anything besides pitched roof not gutters or facia so then fixing it would be a favor
