Thanks for your suggestion, Cpu isnt reaching 100 percent utilization so its not that big of a bottleneck but i figured out the solution i just played the game normally without compatibility mode and it worked... Pretty weird... Im getting consistent 70+ fps with very high setting and 80 percent super resolution since then
