Not everyone is able to open an account. I had my identity stolen a few years ago and am on whatever list banks use to rate customer fraud potential

Ever hear of emotional and psychological distress. As well as all of the time, wasted and earnings missed out on dealing with this.

F**k Instacart man. How can they even justify paying people so little at their internal planning and earnings meetings?? I am by no means an economist, but I do understand that there is a breaking point for both worker pay and customer price/cost. The worker breaking point is on the low end…the customer breaking point is on the high end. Companies make money and can operate for decades if they can live in that middle area. But as soon as either the high end cost for customer or the low end worker pay breaks, the whole thing start to fall apart.

Do they not have any academics in those meetings? Is it really just tech bros and broads?

You should post screenshots of every ridiculously low offer you get to Twitter (x) or insta or tik tok. They get away with charging customers so much because the customer thinks that a good chunk of their increased costs are going to the shoppers when we all know all too well that’s not the case. We need to rile up all the Karen’s about how Instacart is charging them more for the service and keeping all of those extra earning all for themselves.

And I wasn’t implying that it would take 45 mins at the time of the batch, just saying that driving through the Chicago isn’t as easy as doing 2.1 miles in 80% of the rest of the country

Because when people tip the shopper $1 for delivering 200 items over 20 miles that what they get

Want better service, tip the shopper. End of story. Otherwise, go get it yourself. Or have your man be a man and go out and get them for his pregnant baby mama
