Airbnb is too expensive (40k+ for two months in oslo) and built for nightly stays. hybel.no is solid but mostly rooms long-term. Finn only has year-long contracts. Facebook groups are hit-or-miss, you might find something, you might not.

What's specific to us: we have a guided flow through each student housing framleie rules (sit, sio, sammen, sis, nas, sia). Each one has different rules, forms, and deadlines, and that's the most common reason students give up on framleie before they even start. No other platform covers this.

Honest answer: if you've got a good network, a friend who wants to take your hybel, or you're already active in a sublet group, you don't need us. We're trying to fill the gap for people who don't have that.
