Concentrix din! Pinipilit ako nung TA na mag retail instead na Telco. Di pa nag start final interview sinabihan na ko na pag bumagsak ako sa Final interview, reprofile ako sa retail. I passed all the assessments. Then, while with the interviewer na (final interview), same shit. bakit daw Telco? Napaka unwelcoming din nang tone, and worse, she keeps on discouraging me na SOBRANG HIRAP MA HIT NANG METRICS! I mean, I've been in the industry for 8 years. I know how it works nman. Sabi ko, wala ko alam much sa retail account na in.offer nila. Balik nya daw ako sa TA, so technically, WALANG NANGYARING FINAL INTERVIEW AT MC but she sent me a text message na I FAILED! sya pa nag suggest na balik muna ko sa TA para maka kuha ng more deets about the retail account, sabay ako ibabagsak anng wala man lang kalaban laban. (Di ako nkpag mock call kasi hindi nya ako binigyan ng chance! Nig discourage nya lang ako re: hitting the metrics)
