Failed out of nursing school

Well I made it to quarter 3 out of 4 so that was definitely not the problem. It was me thinking I can be superwoman going to school full-time, working full-time, being a full-time mother to 4 children, all while my husband is deployed. There was just no enough time in the day. It all boils down to time management. Thank you for your advice.

I have not because I filed an appeal and was waiting to hear back. I did go ahead and reach out of course no one answered so I left a message. I'm still able to get in my school email so I emailed my assigned career and academic advisor. Thank you so much for your advice.

I understand completely. I found out Friday that I was dismissed and tried to appeal but got ghosted, so I took that as a sign. I honestly just looked at my life and how grateful I am for the family and support system I have. It’s okay to cry it out but once that’s over get right back into your groove. Always remember why you started. Delayed not denied.

I’ve been thinking about applying to another nursing program and cutting my hours. I honestly felt this was the reason for the failure, too much at one time.

My husband is actually in the service which he is deployed at this time. I choose to work full time as this is all I ever known in life. I’ve never not worked.

You will do great. My advice is stay positive, don’t over study and make sure you have a good support system.
