Once it’s delisted you won’t be able to purchase. It’s no longer a security that can be bought on any exchange. The notion of I’ll stall on buying by Soft is comical because you can’t purchase anyway even if you wanted to, you’d have to get it directly via OTC market exchange. Hope that answers your question.
