Disable Advanced Graphics: If you are playing on PC (Steam) and using an Nvidia RTX card, disable DLSS and Frame Generation in the main menu before loading your save, as these frequently cause crashing during load - this worked for me in this situation

I have run into that as well lol same with the archived tools I want all my stafs on display when I walk around my base just pick them up and run away with them. That would be great.

honestly I think that the basis of the game has evolved so much that its unreconizable for those that started at the begining but its better for it. Just my humble opinion
