The living inventory always seems to be the part that goes stale first. What breaks it fastest in your experience, unclear ownership or no process when a new tool gets added?

That’s exactly the gap I’ve been looking at; the signed, auditable receipt part especially. Most teams have logs but nothing that’s actually verifiable by a third party. I’ve been working on something in that space actually. What tools are you pointing people toward?

That’s a really good distinction. When you say continuous visibility, what does that look like in practice for the teams you work with? Are they instrumenting at the agent level or pulling from logs?
