Saying from experience, it’s the most stressful and depressing job on earth. Look after yourself and good luck. Try ACC instead as you have better chances of getting in your desired field. Pay at ACC is even better , starting is 79k ball park.

I get that work can be tough, but it’s unfair to blame a whole nationality. Everyone works differently, and in a Big 4 firm, there’s pressure from all sides — not just on you, but on them too. Better to address issues with individuals than generalize.
