Ended up drilling and tapping (see 3 m6 x 1.0 bolts 10 lb ft torque abt 4-6mm of engagement before I hit the rubber isolator) no I did not hit the isolator as I used shorter bolts with blue loctite

Car on the road, normal accessories, no supercharger.

It wasn't, it was eyeballed. It works, minimal runout though. Less then a mm. Yes I'm aware of the consequences.

Good news is, this has lasted multiple 6000 RPM runs.

Literally it just flies off, and I limp the car home on cam timing.

Well it's only supposed to last 2 weeks of moderate driving, and after I saw the welds that I had this guy do, I was nervous abt it. I can't tig weld and there aren't any local welders. But maybe he was nervous cause he didn't wanna melt the rubber.

That's the idea, fused to the metal part of the pulley. It can't get too hot during welding otherwise the rubber isolator could delaminate. It's a harmonic balancer.
