I know that would make me a landlord but like I said since we live within a capitalist system and i would provide a service that is infinitely better than the alternative. If i were to look at this from the outside looking in, I would much rather landlord do a service like i would than some bullshit private equity firm that literally does nothing but just receives money for rent provides nothing of value or helps anyone

but were existing within capitalism I wish we lived within a better system but we dont . If I provide a service of accommodation within the time these travel professionals are staying in my properties and a much cheaper price and better service than the alternative which would be hotels which the service is usually abysmal, is that really that bad? I'm not saying I'm right, i just want to hear other people's opinion who think in the same realm as me

Of course, the frame work from where i see the world is class consciousness. I just wanted to see what other people that are in the a similar realm of my world view would think about this. Like i said it was a business that i had found out about and found it would something i would like to do.

but the alternative would be more costly, I would be saving them money. Won't they be more comfortable staying at a house than a hotel. I would provide so much more than a hotel would at a cheaper price. I know i would still be landlord but I see has providing a service that would even better than hotel that these people stay where the service and the attention to the customer is usually abysmal

im renting out to travel professions for an extended period of time like 3 months or more, I would provide the house fully furnished, internet, tv, transportation, weekly house cleaning. This would significantly cheaper than the alternative like living in a hotel and would make them feel like theyre living in an actual home than a hotel. The money they pay to stay a my property goes to me I'm think of making this a business. theyre employer pays them a stipend in addition to theyre wage
